Last week we talked about learning from what didn’t go as planned—this week we’re thinking about what it means to slow down and make space for what matters.
Hey there,
We hope your summer is off to a good start. Around here, life gets full pretty fast—between working on the farm and working off the farm, there’s always something that needs doing. It’s a life we’re grateful for, but it can take a lot out of us.
That’s why this summer, we’re trying to be more mindful about slowing down. Not just for a day or a week, but as a way to take better care of ourselves and our family. Because we’ve learned that you can’t pour from an empty cup.
Even the small things help—sitting down for supper together, a walk with the kids, a quiet moment in the barn.

Thanks for following along with us. We’re so glad to have you here. If you have questions, give us a shout! Have a wonderful week!
With our appreciation,
Tony, Kierstyn, and Family
