Christmas Gift Box – $150 Wrapped and Delivered
Give a practical and thoughtful gift this year with our Christmas meat box. Each package is wrapped, packed, and delivered on December 20, from Winnipeg to Brandon and the surrounding communities in between. Quantities are limited.
Included in each box:
• 1 roast (beef or pork), approx. 4 lbs
• 1 pack of bacon, approx. 2 lbs
• 1 package of steak (2 steaks)
• 2 lbs of lean ground beef
This is a simple, useful gift for families, grandparents, friends, or anyone who enjoys local food. Everything comes ready for the freezer, and the box is lined with gift wrap and includes a spot for a personalized note.
It’s been a couple of weeks since I sent out an email, so here’s a quick update on what’s been happening around the farm.
We’ve been slowly adding items back onto the website. The holdup right now is our scale — the one that prints our labels properly still isn’t here, and the loaner we’re working with is incredibly time-consuming. We’ve been told the replacement should arrive next week, and we’re really hoping that’s true so we can get the rest of the inventory up for you.

We may add another one or two before the end of the year.
We’ll also be hauling a few of our calves to market on Monday. That’s how we originally started farming — selling calves through the auction barn. Now that we keep some back to raise and sell direct, there aren’t as many to haul, but it’s still an important part of covering our yearly input costs. Just part of the cycle this time of year.
All of our animals are home for the winter now, which always feels nice. We’re trying out a new feeding method this fall to keep them on pasture a bit longer. I’m working on a YouTube video that walks through what we’re doing and why. We’re not polished on social media by any means, but we’re trying to show up and share more of what goes on behind the scenes.
