We process our chickens on-farm and freeze them right away to lock in freshness, so every bird goes from our farm to your freezer with minimal handling in between.
This hands-on approach means we know exactly how our birds were raised and cared for every step of the way — honest meat you can feel good about serving your family.
Whether you’re roasting one for Sunday supper, smoking it on the barbecue, or making homemade soup, our chickens are known for their rich flavour, tender meat, and excellent texture.
